Treat New Month's Day like New Year's Day

Yeah, I just made that up ...New Month's Day. Sorta lame, but it helps me get motivated to think of every new month as a chance to really, really concentrate on my goals.

One of mine is (ALWAYS IS) to work out more. I just read about a 102-year-old woman who manages to work out every day. If she can move her aching joints -- or maybe they're not aching if she's been doing her routine all along? -- then I can move my much, much younger joints and maybe even get the blood pumping through my veins. Read about her and let me know if you have any goals this month -- or even this quarter. It's the last quarter of the year to finally make those New Year's resolutions come true.
