Zumba with Shannon Stakes

Zumba Fitness allows you to enjoy meeting new people, exciting dance moves, and great music. What could be better? After class, you can't believe how good you feel, and then you realize - I JUST WORKED OUT.  Zumba fitness is exercise in disguise!   Come join the party!  My classes are held at Calvary Christian Elementary School (CCES), 2329 E.
